“I’ve been seeing Dr Helen since 2013! Used to be my husband and I . Now I’m divorced and doctor Helen helped with the process every micro step of the way. Because of her I did not feel alone as I thought I would. It’s been 8yrs and dr Helen knows ‘US’ . She’s the perfect person to help me with my healing / transitioning process . Always leave sessions feeling so much better . Now that our sessions are virtual , I still feel the same as I did going to her office . It’s even better because I’m in the comfort of my home when we speak. Wonderful therapist .”

For her undergraduate degree, Ms. Schwartz attended Touro College. She continued her clinical education at Adelphi University where she completed her master’s degree in social work. Ms. Schwartz has since completed advanced post-graduate training at Hunter College and NYU in areas including custody evaluation, geriatric education, supervision, as well as administrative degrees.
