I earned a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University. I'm currently a licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in Washington State. I have a combined 14 years of military experience in the US Army and US Marine Corps. I continue to work with veterans and other non-profits on community issues around identity and allyship. My personal journey includes experiences with blended families, marital transitions, housing challenges, and personal growth. My therapy approach is systems oriented, collaborative, and eclectic. I provide a non-judgmental space for you to be heard no matter who you are. I believe in honesty, hope, and acceptance as keys to understanding the world we live in. I work with individuals, relationships, and families of all kinds. I believe everyone deserves support to heal and find balance while navigating life's journey. I do my best to do that in the framework of how you experience the world.
