Using years of training and experience, including my Master's in Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work, I am here to work with you as we navigate the aspects of your life that may create feelings of uncertainty. I create a safe and balanced space for you to be your authentic self and pinpoint the areas in which you feel you would like to improve. Together, we can use best-fit strategies including CBT, DBT, psycho-dynamic therapy, and more to get you on track to becoming a better you.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
