Hello, I'm Hilary. I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a master's degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with adults facing a variety of challenges, including dual diagnoses, eating disorders, mental health issues, substance use disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and relationship concerns. Additionally, I offer animal-assisted therapy with my therapy dog for those who are interested, adding a unique and comforting element to our sessions. I understand that anxiety or fear can often prevent us from being our true selves, and asking for help can feel intimidating. But everyone needs help at some point in their lives, and I'm glad you're starting this process. My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate.
