Hello, I'm Holly. As you travel through your journey to mental and physical well-being, I am here to guide and support you. I am invested in building healthy connections and collaborating to overcome those difficult stressors that we all encounter. There are endless possibilities in your journey of self-exploration. It can seem impossible at times, but we can work together to help overcome those overwhelming feelings and thoughts. I graduated in 2016 with my Master of Social Work from San Diego State University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been practicing in the community for 9 years now. I have worked in a variety of settings including an inpatient psychiatric hospital, community health center, and at a juvenile detention facility. I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders and PTSD. I focus on working with adolescents and adults. I am trained in EMDR and utilize a wide breadth of modalities to help build the best experience for each client whether it is incorporating music, art, or play along the way. I believe in personalizing the experience to your needs and celebrating your strengths. My specialties include working with individuals dealing with addiction, anger management, antisocial behavior, ADHD, bipolar disorder, children's mental/behavioral health, family relationships, gender identity, grief/bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, OCD, phobias, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, trauma, and adolescent & teen mental/behavioral health.
