Getting to know Holly Campbell
I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University, along with academic backgrounds in Cultural Anthropology, English Writing, and a certificate in Human Rights. My professional journey has been shaped by a commitment to supporting individuals—especially children, adolescents, and young adults—through life’s most challenging and transformative moments.
I specialize in trauma-informed, solution-focused therapy and have extensive experience in crisis intervention, safety planning, and resilience-building. My clinical work has spanned settings including child welfare, acute psychiatric care, domestic violence services, medical social work, and suicide prevention. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
My approach to therapy is flexible and client-centered. Some sessions may feel open and exploratory, while others are more structured—depending entirely on what best supports each person’s growth and goals. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, empowering space that adapts to their needs.
I became a therapist because of my own lived experiences with trauma and behavioral health. I know the value of being truly seen and supported during difficult times, and I feel deeply honored to walk alongside others as they process, heal, and build inner strength.
Outside of work, I’m a parent of two, an avid traveler who’s visited over 20 countries, and a nature lover at heart. I’ve lived internationally in Kenya and find peace being near water—whether it’s the ocean, a lake, or a quiet riverbank.
