Hi, I'm Holly. I have been practicing therapy in community mental health settings since 2017. I tend to use a combination of techniques and approaches with each client, but I try to use approaches and techniques that will assist the clients best with their current situations. I have experience with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar, and many other disorders across various age groups. I am an expert in adoption issues. I am also an adoptee.
