Hello, I'm Howard! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. I graduated with a degree in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have been practicing therapy since 2015. Over the last 10 years, as a mental health therapist, I have working with children, adults, and families. I have experience in multiple settings including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, outpatient, community mental health, and tele-health. I have experience working with and treating individuals with various diagnosis, some of which include depression, anxiety, conduct disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, trauma, and schizophrenia. I have assisted people in finding their individual resilience through a strength-based, solution-focused approach. I have experience utilizing evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
