I specialize in EMDR, a therapy that helps process and release the emotional impact of trauma through eye movements or tapping; AEDP, which gently supports emotional healing through deep connection and self-compassion; and somatic therapy, which uses body awareness to release stored tension and promote healing.

My goal is to help you feel safe, empowered, and supported as you work through trauma, anxiety, grief, or life transitions.
