Getting to know I Ju (Audrey) Lin
I support individuals and couples who feel disconnected from themselves and their loved ones by making space to feel all our emotions, challenging unhelpful thoughts and patterns, and building skills to set new boundaries and make choices that are intentional and genuine.
I believe we all sit in the driver’s seat of our lives—or the shared driver’s seat of a relationship. But it’s hard to steer while reading the map, tending to passengers, and noticing the scenery. My role as a therapist is to sit beside you, pointing out what you might be too focused to see, offering perspective, and following your lead toward healing and growth. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but the journey feels lighter when you don’t have to navigate it alone.
What should a new client know about working with you?
As a queer Asian therapist, I offer a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal and grow at your own pace. My areas of focus include anxiety and stress, relationship conflicts, trauma, people-pleasing, and challenges with prioritizing yourself and your values. I believe that our environments and experiences shape our relationships, identities, and inner narratives, and we have the power to break free from patterns that no longer serve us, moving toward deeper connection and emotional resilience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
In our work together, I help you tune into yourself and each other to find clarity and direction. I gently guide the process with insight, reflection, and practical tools when they feel helpful. Sessions might involve problem-solving, untangling thoughts and emotions, or sitting with the complexities of being vulnerable humans, whether that means exploring childhood wounds, reimagining patterns in your relationship, or sharing a lighthearted moment about your favorite shows.

I would recommend Audrey without doubt!
I've been work with her for several sessions, and always feel charged afterwards. It feels like we are a team, trying to find a better path to my ideal life.
I think my life is kinda okay, but sometimes i still get bothered by issues like self-identity, family relationship, and romantic relationship. When I feel things are tangled and I'm unable to deal with them, a session with Audrey always helps! She provides me a construcitve and down-to-earth perspective to take. With her warm personality, I know it's fine not to be okay, and it gives me the courage to face the issues that seems difficult to solve.
