I hold a Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University, Tempe Campus, and bring over 13 years of training and experience in various evidence-based modalities. My expertise includes CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy, to name a few. Above all, my goal is to come alongside each client as a unique individual. In our sessions, I focus on introducing specific methods that help clients find their way to hope and healing.
