Hello, I'm Ilene. My focus is to help individuals and families heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a non-judgmental safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan tailored specifically for you. My promise is to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized psychological care and provide a neutral ground for individuals and families. I graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, with an emphasis in High Risk Youth and Youth Advocacy. During this time, I worked with adjudicated youth transitioning back into the community and served as a Case Manager for a girls' group foster home. In 2016, I received my Master's degree in Professional Counseling, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have worked with clients of all ages, primarily family members who have experienced trauma from sexual assaults. I specialize in adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, depression, family relationships, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth services for those who prefer or require remote sessions. My approach is to focus on the individual, determining their specific needs and tailoring their therapy experience to what works best for them.
