Each of us carries the profound responsibility of making the most of our lives, often in the face of uncertainty and struggle. Therapy can offer the support and clarity needed to navigate this journey. With each daily decision, we shape the direction of our lives, and meaningful change often begins with small, intentional steps. Let’s ensure the compass that guides you is of your making. My approach In a world filled with distraction and disconnection, I offer a warm, authentic, and relational approach grounded in existential, humanistic, and interpersonal principles. I strive to be fully present and really let my clients matter to me as individual humans. The therapeutic alliance is foundational to growth, healing, and courage. Building a real, caring connection is key and central to my work. My focus I am drawn to people who realize that they want more from life, from themselves, from their relationships - from this short sliver of time each of us has. I am passionate about helping clients find the courage to make changes toward a life with less regret and more fulfillment. Life is deeply valuable, and growth, while rarely easy or comfortable, is always worth the effort. My communication style I am warm but direct and am here to help change lives. I believe in human potential and am motivated to help others be the people they want to be. At the foundation, there is warmth and care, and there is also an underlying push precisely because I care. I am highly growth-oriented and will nudge my clients along their path, and don't want either of us to settle for mediocre. My journey to mental healthcare Once upon a time in undergrad, I took some time to come up with my favorite life ingredients - the times where life felt most rich and meaningful. I came up with three at the time, and although much has changed in those 20+ years, the list has been remarkably stable.
