Others come to improve confidence, emotional control, focus, or consistency under pressure. I value honesty, accountability, and building skills that can be used outside of session. My style is warm and practical, with attention to both immediate concerns and deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session focuses on understanding what brings you in, your history, current stressors, and goals for treatment. Together we identify patterns, strengths, and the most effective path forward. Ongoing sessions may include insight-oriented work, cognitive and behavioral strategies, emotional regulation skills, communication work, and performance psychology tools when relevant. Treatment is tailored to your needs and adjusted as progress develops.
