Drawing from psychodynamic, narrative, relational, IFS, multicultural, and attachment approaches, I have experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, disordered eating, body image and self-esteem issues, trauma, multicultural and identity challenges, life transitions, and interpersonal and relationship concerns. I have also worked with clients from diverse cultural, racial, age, and ethnic backgrounds, particularly women of color and those with South Asian heritage. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support clients with compassion and expertise.
