I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in New York and New Jersey. I earned my Master's in Social Work from New York University. My clinical work has primarily focused on providing services to individuals with personality disorders, substance use disorders, and serious mental illness. What should a new client know about working with you?

I am trained in a variety of modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, supportive psychotherapy, substance abuse treatment, and LGBTQIA+ focused psychotherapy. I describe myself as a “meet you where you are at” therapist, who is willing to work with my clients as they are, and at the pace with which they feel most comfortable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to improve their thoughts & feelings with support and guidance from their therapist. I think of myself as a long-term therapist who values commitment to the therapeutic process, honesty, transparency, and challenging my clients in therapeutic ways.
