Are you a young adult or someone who suffers from chronic pain? Do you sometimes become overwhelmed with the difficulties of school, work, hobbies, and just life? Is it difficult for you to enjoy your everyday life? Are you having difficulty processing your emotions? Now imagine waking up in the morning and your body feeling tired. Carrying the stress of everyday life along with past trauma can be overwhelming. I work with individuals to provide a holistic approach to allow their bodies to feel less stress while improving their energy and mood. I use a here-and-now approach to evaluate what we can do now to help you improve. I also use Choice Theory/Reality Therapy that allows you to understand the control you have and how your actions have consequences. Your commitment to healing and self-discovery will allow you to invest in your physical and mental well-being and bring about your personal growth. Our time together will focus on using the strengths you already have to heal yourself and introduce resources to create a more effective future. I work from a holistic perspective, which focuses on balancing the relationship between your mind, body, and emotions. I believe in using a collaborative approach to work together toward the most effective way for you to implement change. I also have training in Christian Counseling, which I can integrate into sessions upon request.
