I have a master's degree in clinical social work focusing on family systems from the University of Denver. I've worked with individuals and families in schools, offices, and home settings. I am also trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and often take a creative approach by including mindfulness, art, and play therapy in sessions.
