I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma. I love working with couples and high-achieving women and mothers struggling to reconcile a life of exceeding expectations with the unrealistic pressures of modern womenhood. I offer a person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs. I am trained in EMDR and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which allows me to integrate evidence-based practices with compassion and curiosity. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth feel possible.

My clients come to me for support navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, parenting, pregnancy and postpartum. I will help you look beneath the surface of your symptoms to explore what is going on at the root, and then work together to create a plan to help you reach your personal goals and find your way back to yourself.
