What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe therapy should be a grounding, nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely and begin to hear yourself think in new ways. Over time, this process can open the door to greater clarity, creativity, and acceptance. If this resonates, I’d be glad to connect. Many clients begin with a brief phone call to see whether we might be a good fit.
