Queer, Latina, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) therapist with over seven years of experience, welcoming LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. Are you looking for a mental health service where all the different parts of you are explored? Though traditional talk therapy can be helpful, oftentimes a more integrative approach will allow you to heal from past traumas and current life stressors, to be able to enjoy life again. Treatment is never one-size-fits-all, and I believe in an individualized, person-centered therapeutic approach.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I mostly work from a person-centered stance and incorporate DBT, CBT, trauma-focused (including childhood trauma, generational trauma, etc.), and mindfulness to obtain optimal wellness and healing. My style in session is warm, nonjudgmental, safe, and collaborative. As a queer, Latina, bilingual therapist, it is important for all of my clients to feel seen.
