Sometimes we all feel a little blue, and sometimes it is more than that. We all feel a little overwhelmed at times, and sometimes it feels like it's taken control of our lives. Depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss do not have to rule your life. It's okay to need help to take control back and work through these feelings. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and difficulty dealing with life stressors such as relationships, work/school issues, self-esteem, family issues, and grief. Whatever you are facing, I am here to help you reach your goals. I provide sessions tailored to you. If you want someone to listen for 50 minutes, I am all ears. If you want someone to ask the tough questions, I am here. If you want to work on changing the way you may think about things through cognitive behavioral therapy, great! Together we will identify your strengths and utilize them to make the tough changes. Sometimes things get hard-depression, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Therapy is a great place to help decipher these feelings and better ourselves. In my sessions, I offer you a safe environment to explore and express these feelings, and together we will work towards your personal goals. I am here to answer any questions you have about this process. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Michigan and my Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan-Flint, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your journey.
