Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Jacqulean is an amazing therapist who truly makes me feel heard and validated. She is honest, compassionate, and helps me navigate through my emotions with valuable tools and methods to manage them as they arise. Her kindness and sweetness make every session feel comforting and supportive. I even told her that she’s the best thing that happened to me this year. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a therapist.

I already wish Jacqulean had more availability so I can refer her to everyone I know! I know its only been a few sessions but all her advice I replay in my head and she has helped already relieve some of the anxiety I put on myself. I look forward to talking to her every week!
