I've been through some stuff, just like you, and I know what it's like to feel the weight of the world. But I also believe that good energy begets more good energy, and together, we can find a path to serenity and joy. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I bring years of experience and a deep understanding of various challenges, including life transitions, medical issues, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, family relationships, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ support, OCD, intimate relationships, sex and intimacy issues, spirituality, and stress. My approach is all about celebrating your unique strengths, quirks, and general awesomeness while letting go of the negativity that holds you back.
