I have been in mental health since 2013, and I truly enjoy what I do. I hold a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater College. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, or just need a place to vent, I would love to help you. I work with you to create goals and support you in achieving the life you want. Some of the ways I can help include offering tips and tools to navigate mental health symptoms, providing a different perspective, and creating a nonjudgmental space for you to talk.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
