Getting to know Jaime Sparber

My name is Jaime Sparber and I am a LMHC and SUDP in Washington state and an LCPC in Idaho. I currently provides telehealth (Washington and Idaho). I firmly believe that counseling is a journey that we travel together. The first step is to define where you want to go- discover the reasons why you want to meet for counseling, identifying your strengths, and looking at what's working well in your life. My goal is to work myself out of a job as you gain the skills and tools that you can use in the present and future to have the life that you desire.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am able to provide services to adults, adolescents, and couples. I like to integrate a number of different therapeutic styles and modalities depending on what the client is experiencing. Some of the therapy interventions utilized include psychodynamic therapy, CBT+, CETA, Mindfulness, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. I am certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal for clients during our therapeutic relationship is for each client to walk away feeling empowered with a toolbox full of skills to take on anything that life has to offer.
