I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and the unique pressures faced by performing artists, college students, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Life transitions—personal, academic, or professional—can feel unsettling, and cultural pressures to be “self-reliant” often deepen feelings of isolation. As social beings, when we feel disconnected from others, it can be hard to stay connected to ourselves. Whether you’re facing a specific transition or ongoing emotional challenges, I’m here to support you in finding clarity, healing, and direction. Together, we’ll create a supportive space that encourages resilience and self-acceptance, helping you move forward with greater confidence and authenticity.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly three decades working as an actor. Exploring complex characters and stories shaped how I understand identity, emotion, and our capacity for change. I now bring that perspective into my therapeutic work, helping clients identify the blocks that can make it hard to rewrite their own life narrative and move forward. I’d be honored to support you as you navigate your path toward self-discovery and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I use an eclectic approach, tailoring our work to your goals while staying responsive to what’s coming up in your life right now. I strive to create a space that feels supportive, purposeful, sometimes challenging, but always safe.
