My name is Jamie Ellis; LCSW. I have extensive training and knowledge in all things mental health. I would love to help you if you are struggling with anxiety; depression and/or any other mental health issues. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health since 2008. My style of therapy is very solution focused work. I will utilize things such as CBT; SBFT and EMDR to help you find relief from your mental health struggles.
