I earned my Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2009. My career began working with adolescents and families in various settings, specializing in anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorders, grief, attachment disorders, and addiction. I believe in using compassion, curiosity, and forgiveness to help clients better understand themselves and their life situations. My approach includes identity formation, spiritual/moral development, and coping skills enhancement. I view the world through a trauma-informed lens and incorporate mindfulness, compassion, and self-love into my practice.
