Hi! My name is Janelle and I began my career working as a mental health counselor in the Seattle area working for a community agency. This provided me with the opportunity to work with a wide variety of ages, backgrounds, and presenting issues. I have found many people have become quite adept at avoiding emotional pain. My goal is to help you isolate these negative patterns and beliefs, and then either change them into positive growth experiences or alter the way they’re perceived. While this may result in immediate relief, lasting relief takes both time and effort. I am also fluent in American Sign Language.
