We will work to challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that get in the way of you reaching your goals. I am also EMDR trained. I believe the therapeutic relationship is very important and encourage open conversations about how we can work together to help you reach your goals. I have practiced as a Licensed Professional Counselor for 8 years and have experience working with depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, and trauma.
