What should a new client know about working with you?

My journey into the mental health field was driven by a deep desire to help others heal. I believe that every person deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore their experiences, process their pain, and rediscover their strength. Trauma can shape so much of how we see ourselves and the world around us — and it is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they work through those layers and reclaim their sense of self. Over the past decade, I have had the honor of working with individuals across diverse settings and life circumstances. Whether you are a child just beginning to make sense of the world, an adult facing a difficult transition, or someone carrying the weight of long-held trauma, I am here to support you. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice — because healing looks different for everyone, and your care should reflect that. I am committed to creating a therapeutic environment where all people, regardless of background, culture, or identity, feel seen, heard, and valued. It is my hope that every person who walks through my door leaves feeling a little more equipped, a little more understood, and a little more hopeful about what lies ahead.
