Hi! I am Jason, and I believe therapy should be a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, understood, and validated.I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, major life transitions, identity, relationships, sexuality,intimacy, and religious exploration, with a particular focus on LGBTQIA+ clients and young adults. I welcome clients who may be exploring aspects of themselves, their identities, or their relationships and want a space to approach these experiences with curiosity and without judgment.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I take a collaborative, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from person-centered, psychodynamic, relational, trauma-informed, feminist, and cognitive-behavioral perspectives. I am particularly interested in helping clients navigate daily stress and anxiety, process past experiences, and explore how their relationships and broader social and cultural identities shape the ways they experience life.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
We start by establishing a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship built on open communication and active collaboration. I offer both in-person and remote sessions for adults and young adults, including individuals and couples. Together, we will work to develop greater self-understanding, build effective strategies for managing stress and life transitions, and foster meaningful, lasting change.
