What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that recovery and therapy are most effective when working together as a team. I have experience and specialize in working with adults and seniors experiencing anxiety, depression, negative self-talk, low self-esteem, interpersonal relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, and difficulty creating work/life balance. Using holistic and strengths-based approaches, I collaborate with individuals to build a deepened understanding of themselves as a whole, exploring the various areas and experiences that have shaped them. I am passionate about assisting individuals in creating the life they want to live through increasing their confidence, minimizing negative self-talk and self-sabotaging behaviors like overthinking and people-pleasing, creating boundaries, practicing coping skills, and highlighting their capabilities and strengths to allow them to live life authentically.

This visit was very good. I was able to become more accepting of an aspect of me that I was unsure of.

Jaycee is great! She makes you feel really good about opening up to her about your current situations and work through what you could possibly be going through. There is never any judgment and only positive affirmations.
Jaycee has been the most amazing therapist. I’ve tried therapy in the past and never felt like I connected with my previous therapists. Jaycee made me feel comfortable immediately, she asks the hard questions but in such a non judgmental way that has allows me to be challenged in the best way possible. I’ve seen myself grow a lot in the past few months because of her and I am forever grateful for that. I’d highly recommend her if you’re looking for a therapist.
Jaycee is amazing , she’s so patient, & so kind! She has an amazing way of bringing things up from my past & helping me with strategies to switch it up. Trying something new to produce growth. After every session I feel refreshed. I couldn’t ask for anyone better!
I like how Jaycee allows me to speak freely on what is on my mind. I like how she keeps me in check when I start to discredit my hard work. I also appreciate her support in wanting to see me grow and be a better individual .
Jaycee is amazing. She makes me feel comfortable about opening up. She does an excellent job of listening to my concerns and providing the best tools to manage them. I love that she checks up on me every week outside of our sessions. Its feels good to know that I am more than just appointment once a week. I've made so much progress in my life in a short time since I've been working with her. She is wise and genuinely the best therapist I've had. I highly recommend her.
Jaycee is a super sweet and very professional therapist to work with. The conversation flows easily and the vibe is always welcoming!
Jaycee is friendly and makes me feel like I'm talking to a wise friend. It's been 3 sessions and making changes is hard but she's here for me when I need her.
