What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in Existential Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping people explore their inner world, relationships, and sense of purpose. My approach is holistic, meaning we’ll look at the connection between your mind, body, and emotions to support your growth. Together, we’ll explore themes like personal agency, connection, and meaning—and how they show up in your life. Along the way, I may also integrate Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as I tailor my approach to your strengths and needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first few sessions are a chance for us to collaborate on goal-setting and determine if we're a fit. As you begin to share your story, we'll work on building a safe container for vulnerable stories and emotions to emerge naturally, with no rush to get anywhere in particular. As we move forward, we'll periodically check in on the goals we've set and discuss if we need to make adjustments or course corrections. As we work, my orientation will be on creating the ideal conditions for your innate healing process to unfold. This may mean deeply listening to your story, challenging your beliefs and offering new perspectives, and facilitating dialogue between different parts of yourself which may have different goals and motivations.
