Hello, I'm Jeff. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 23 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with adults and couples through both in-person and video sessions. I offer a free initial consultation because I believe it's important for us to see if we're a good fit before we begin our journey together. My specialties include treating anxiety, depression, couples, and men's issues. Additionally, as a 20-year military veteran with combat deployments, I have a deep understanding and passion for working with military personnel and first responders. My background as a pastor, Navy Chaplain, and therapist for over two decades has equipped me with a unique perspective and a variety of counseling approaches to best serve your needs. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Colorado, a master's in counseling from Colorado Christian University, and a Master of Divinity from Regent College in Vancouver, Canada. I'm licensed with the state of Colorado as a Licensed Professional Counselor. While I come from a Christian background, I am open and happy to work with you regardless of your beliefs. I believe in letting you, as the client, set the agenda and working with you where you are. My goal is to collaborate with you to find solutions and provide the support you need to succeed in your therapy goals. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy connecting with people and understanding their unique stories.
