I create a safe space where my clients can explore vulnerabilities and strengths. My approach is personalized to each client such that it will best resonate with you and your process. We will look at thought and behavior patterns, explore how a problem is impacting your life in particular way and empower you rewrite the outcome. I also provide skills training to target particular difficulties you might have.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Expect me to be compassionate and curious about what your thoughts or ambivalences are. My goal is to help you improve insights about yourself. I hope to make you feel comfortable to express yourself freely and if necessary, make the changes you truly feel are right for you. I believe in helping clients develop a sense of resilience and independence to tackle future problems.
