Getting to know Jenna Deubler

Are you stuck in traumatic experiences or the past? I can support you as you work your way through the pain. My specialty and passion lie in addressing trauma and relational pain. I am EMDR certified and use this approach most often in treatment. I work with children, teens, and adults. I hold a Master's degree in School Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Denver.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I choose techniques based on how the brain works. I love structured, evidence based approaches and I bring creativity to each situation. As mentioned, I most often use EMDR in treatment. I also utilize CBT techniques and play therapy techniques.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I start from the intake appointment onward considering all the aspects of a client's life and crafting their treatment based on that. I pay special attention to brain development and select treatment modalities that most align with it. I most often utilize CBT, EMDR, and Play Therapy.
