Jenna Garzoni, LPC

Psychotherapist
CO
I’m Jenna Garzoni, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. I work with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, substance use, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and major life changes. I believe therapy should never follow a “one-size-fits-all” model. Using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Motivational Interviewing, I adapt each session to your individual needs and goals. Together, we will explore practical tools, build insight, and identify what works best for you as you make positive changes and improve your overall quality of life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you can expect a supportive, client-centered space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. My role is to hear you, challenge you when needed, and provide the type of support that is most helpful to you in each moment. Building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship is an important part of my approach. Our time together belongs to you, so each session will be tailored to your experiences, needs, and goals. We will work collaboratively to help you gain insight, develop useful tools, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and learning what you hope to accomplish. Together, we will identify your goals and create an individualized approach that reflects your needs rather than relying on a standard treatment model. As our work continues, I may incorporate CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, REBT, or Motivational Interviewing based on what is most helpful for you. We will regularly explore your progress, strengthen your insight, and practice tools that can support positive changes in your daily life. Throughout the process, I will provide a compassionate, judgment-free environment while also encouraging and challenging you as you work toward your goals.
