What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me means you’ll have someone in your corner who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and helps you feel seen. I bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty into the room, and I encourage clients to show up just as they are. I believe healing happens when we can safely explore not only what feels heavy but also what brings you joy, purpose, and hope.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our work together, I like to start by understanding the experiences, relationships, and values that have shaped who you are today. From there, we’ll clarify what you’d like to focus on and set meaningful goals together. In my approach, I blend practical tools (like coping strategies for managing stress and anxiety) with space for deeper reflection, so you leave sessions with both insight and something useful you can apply right away. As we move forward, we’ll check in often, adjust when needed, and celebrate the progress you’re making toward living in alignment with who you want to be.
