What should a new client know about working with you?

I have 10+ years in the mental health field. I help others live with trauma and work on their depression/anxiety. I believe in understanding the beliefs behind the behaviors we choose. I work with all communities and believe everyone deserves to find their path on their time. I am licensed in Minnesota, Colorado and Illinois.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with you to identify and reach your goals. Therapy is driven by you and with your needs in mind. This is a safe place for you to talk, share and ask questions. I like to understand your past experiences to know what works for you and to avoid repeating the parts of your story that have been worked on already.
