Hi, I'm here to assist you on your journey for personal growth and well-being. With 15 years of experience as a dedicated therapist and a Master's in Social Work from the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University, my role is to provide a secure and judgment-free space for women to navigate their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and learn to prosper. I understand each woman's journey is unique, and I'm devoted to understanding your individual needs and experiences. As a Latina, I appreciate the unique challenges faced by women of color, and I'm dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where your voices are heard, understood, and empowered. I have a passion for assisting young women through the trials of adolescence and early adulthood, exploring relationships, identity, and self-discovery, and developing strategies to boost confidence, resilience, and self-esteem. Infertility is a personal and emotive journey. I strive to provide a secure and supportive space for women grappling with this to process feelings, develop coping mechanisms, and nurture resilience and hope.
