I am a 20+ year clinical professional and have supported adults; youth and families in need of behavioral or mental health care.I approach therapy as a starting conversation to address those areas of your life you wish to heal. I strongly believe in supporting you to chart the course of the work we will complete together.My desire is that people can leave a session with hope for a better day; hope for making improvements for lasting change; and a path forward for actionable change.
