Hi, I’m Jen! We will work collaboratively to create an environment of safety and support where you can process trauma, current stressors, learn new skills and work towards your goals. We will create a plan that is tailored to your goals using EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and a family systems approach - based on your needs! We will explore strengths and develop skills and self compassion to help us through our hard days.
