I have been licensed as a mental health counselor since 2010. I have worked in various settings in community mental health, residential programs, and outpatient settings. I also have taken time off to travel America, write, spend time in nature, and have dabbled with professional photography.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with people to understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as well as underlying beliefs that shape these for us. You are not flawed or broken. When you discover your stumbling blocks, you have the power to remove them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a free 15 minute consultation so we can determine if we are a good fit to work together. After our initial assessment session we will work together to identify goals for treatment. Throughout the process I will check in to ensure sessions are helpful to you and you are getting what you need and want from them.
