Hello and welcome to my practice. My name is Jennifer, and I am a seasoned licensed therapist with more than 16 years of experience, here to assist you on your mental health journey. I am a Wisconsin native, where I completed all of my schooling and clinical training. I have worked in the United States and internationally, and throughout my career I have had the privilege of living in multiple countries where I worked closely with our warfighters. I now bring that experience to help you. My focus is PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I practice from an eclectic approach, tailoring therapy to your individual needs. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, CPT, and other modalities. Whether you are a veteran, a first responder, or someone currently struggling with past trauma or daily stressors, I will work with you to create a warm and individualized therapy experience.
