Getting to know Jennifer Hunter
I have been a licensed clinical social worker for more than 20 years and have experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Yeshiva University, which has provided a strong foundation for my clinical practice.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I utilized evidence-based and patient- centered approach which allows my clients to effectively manage and increase their resilience against stressful situations and daily triggers.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
To improve the efficiency of services we conduct I conduct virtual sessions via my Kareo Electronic Health Record platform. These video conferencing sessions are fully HIPAA compliant to protect your privacy. Sessions are based on the clients need and range from 45 minutes to 60 minutes.

Ongoing session: $150 for 45 minutes

- Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork

During the initial communications, you will receive a confirmation email from our platform that will indicate if you have a copayment, coinsurance and/or deductible. If during the time your insurance lapses we are able to offer a sliding fee but it is your responsibility to inform us of the status change.
