I am a licensed and certified therapist in Florida, North Carolina, and Maine, with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Carolina. I focus my work on addressing issues related to trauma. Regardless of the level of trauma an individual experiences, it can cause long-lasting effects. Often, this trauma influences how we interact with the world, relationships, and ourselves, potentially creating serious consequences in these areas if left unaddressed. What should a new client know about working with you?

I will always walk with you along the path of growth, change, and healing. We will work collaboratively to address your history, heal from your past hurt, and grow into the person that you want to become. I value you and your story and have gained expertise in working with trauma, specifically in the LGBTQIA+ population and with people struggling with co-parenting issues. I am passionate about helping you understand that your past trauma doesn't need to define you and is only a part of your history, not your whole story.
