As a clinical psychologist, my goal is to support each client on their journey toward personal growth and meaningful change. I help clients navigate their emotions, identify and shift unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping. Through this process, clients are empowered to create and sustain the lives they envision for themselves.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in evidence-based treatments for children, adolescents and adults. I describe myself as a cognitive behavioral therapist with an integrative approach. My areas of interest and expertise include, but are not limited to, mood and anxiety disorders and borderline. I am intensively trained in dialectical behavioral therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

While change, healing, and growth can be difficult, they can also bring moments of humor and lightness. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique strengths and needs, and my style is direct, warm, and compassionate.
