"I believe meaningful healing begins when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood—without judgment or pressure to be anyone other than yourself. I work with individuals who may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, stuck in familiar patterns, or as though they are constantly trying to navigate a world that was not designed with their needs in mind. This may include living with the effects of trauma, the daily “static” of ADHD, persistent anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or emotional exhaustion. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I also hold diagnostic privilege and have experience providing clinical supervision to Limited Permit clinicians working toward completion of their required hours. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe in meeting you where you are while also helping you move toward where you would like to be. Together, we may focus on developing practical coping tools, understanding emotional and behavioral patterns, strengthening relationships, processing difficult experiences, and creating changes that feel realistic and meaningful for your life."

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
